Nissan unveils a new 2015 Murano powertrain. At the Auto Shanghai 2015, Nissan showcased a new 2015 Murano hybrid model. Although we do not know whether or not the new powertrain option will make it to the U.S., we do know that the Murano Hybrid is powered by the same system as the Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid – a 2.5-liter, 4-cylinder gasoline engine with an electric motor. The automaker announced that the new hybrid model will look similar to the gasoline-only version and will also feature Nissan’s new design language.
