Nissan is planning to expand its Tennessee Auto Manufacturing facility and adding 1,000 new jobs in Smyrna as part of a $160 million expansion. The Japanese automaker plans to build a new supplier park at its auto assembly plant in Tennessee. The new project is expected to be completed in 2017 and will resemble the one that the company announced in 2013 at its Canton Mississippi facility. Gov.
