Nissan had a tremendous weekend at the 2015 European Le Mans Series and FIA World Endurance Championship season opener. Nissan driver Sir Chris Hoy won this past weekend in Silverstone and during Sunday’s events G-Drive Racing, a Nissan-partner took 1-2 finish in the opening round of the world’s best sports car championship. The automaker made a promise to racing fans in the UK when it announced that the Nissan GT-R LM NISMO would debut at the Le Mans this upcoming June and sit out on the Silverstone race.
