The Nissan Kicks Complete Coverage – III

Nissan Coast

The Nissan Kicks offers the best of the Nissan car designs, specs, performance and tech features to meet all the needs of car buyers all over the world. The Nissan Kicks, according to experts, will offer the best in convenience, technological innovation and design. Let’s take a deeper look into what makes the Nissan Kicks so popular.

The Nissan Kicks comes with a powerful 188-horsepowered, turbocharged, 1.6-liter engine that gives this little hatchback all the power it needs to reach from 0 to 60 mph in just a few seconds. The exterior of the car has the standard V-motion grille that all the Nissan cars have, and boomerang-styled headlights in front of the car. The color comes in a greyish-silver hue with a hint of burnt orange running around the floating roof of the car. The burnt orange roof wraps around the sides of the roof and the car to create a somewhat ‘wrap-around visor’ effect.

The interiors of the Nissan Kicks are very stylish too with the seats coming in a two-toned color scheme consisting of light brown and black. The ‘gliding wing’ dashboard that consists of the rim curving around the top of the dashboard and perfectly transitioning into a stylish line on the trim of each door adds a hint of panache to the Nissan Kicks’ interiors. The center stack consists of a 7-inch touchscreen that also works as an infotainment system with physical buttons and traditional knobs for easy use.

The Nissan Kicks Complete Coverage – I

Nissan Coast

The 2017 Nissan Kicks has car enthusiasts and Nissan fans already excited and planning on how to make down payments on this popular brand of hatchbacks. The Kicks is supposed to be Nissan’s complete crossover car featuring the best of all of the Nissan cars that will match the needs and demands of car buyers all over the world. The Nissan Kicks will be a combination of the best designs, safety, performance, convenience, and innovation in technology and will also feature the Nissan Intelligent Mobility tech feature.

The exterior design of the Kicks consists of a greyish-silver color paint with a burnt-orange finish. The V-motion grille and boomerang-shaped headlights in front will be the standard frontal feature of this car like most of the Nissan cars. The hood of the Kicks is very smooth and has a ‘floating’ characteristic about it because it droops at the waistline on either side of the hood. The burnt-orange finish on the roof of the car wraps around the sides of the car to create a ‘wrap-around visor’ effect on top of the doors of the car.

The interiors of the Nissan Kicks are even posher and more interesting. One of the special features includes the ‘gliding wing’ dashboard where the rim that moves in a curving motion on the top of the dashboard transitions into a styling feature on the rim of each door perfectly giving the rim a gliding wing effect, giving passengers the feeling that they’re almost sitting inside a bubble. Complete Coverage of the Nissan Maxima – II

Maxima

We saw how much of the 2016 Maxima’s exteriors were based on the Sport Sedan Concept. However, the subtle design cues don’t just end with the exteriors. The 2016 Maxima has borrowed quite a few cues for the interiors as well.

For instance, the instrument cluster and dashboard are, pretty much, identical replicas of the ones found in the concept vehicle. The only difference is that, here, there are actual production features in place, such as the HVAC vents, functional knobs and buttons.

There is a lot going on at the center console as well. You have fixtures such as the start/stop button, more knobs, cup holders, and a new gear shifter. Despite all these fixtures, the Maxima’s interiors still look well organized and very premium.

The center stack is also angled towards the driver up to about 7 degrees. Apparently, this has been inspired by the GT-R’s center stack positioning.  The console gets a touch of luxury as well, with side padding and contrast stitching. This is something you’ll find even on the door and instrument panels.

Nissan’s Zero Gravity seats with bolsters on the side come as standard on the 2016 Maxima. Also, they have 8 and 4-way adjustment options for the driver and passenger, respectively. The seats are also much softer now, thanks to an innovative 3-layer foam design.

On the base models, premium cloth serves as the wrapping material for the seats. On the higher trims, Nissan has used Ascot leather and standard leather. Alcan Tara is also offered as an option for select surfaces in the cabin.
